Adamus

Adamus S.A. company was established in 1981 and initially it specialised in the manufacturing of injection moulds used in plastics processing. Two years later the design and manufacturing of punches and dies for tablet presses began, and the offer for the pharmaceutical industry was gradually extended with other spare parts for tablet presses and capsule machines as well as format parts for blister lines.
The company provides its clients with competitively priced products and services of the highest quality and maintains short order delivery dates at the same time.

TECHNOLOGY

Its own Planning and Design Firm working in CAD/CAM system, a modern machinery park with its own quenching plant, 100% of final product control and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System enable Adamus S.A. to offer competitively priced, top quality products and services.
Certified materials of renowned producers are used in manufacturing processes. Heat treating of steel tools is performed in our own quenching plant, and if it is necessary to cover the tools with special coatings such as chromium, chromium nitride, titanium nitride, DLC type, hard anodising of aluminium alloys, the company uses a network of tested co-operators.

Adamus was awarded with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certificate as a result of an audit conducted by the experts of Germanische Lloyd company. Seven internal processes were distinguished within the framework of this system:
